This is perhaps the best time in over 30 years to buy a home. If you are a home buyer then be prudent and true to yourself…buy your home in the next two weeks.
Negotiate the lowest price you feel the property is worth in this declining environment. If you don’t get your new home at what YOU consider to be the “fair market value” then just walk away. There are many homes available to buy in today’s “New Market”.
A word of caution. Don’t be penny wise and pound foolish. If you like the home give a little to make the transaction happen.
Current National news broadcast I don’t think can be any worse for most Americans. It’s a crying shame. People are losing their jobs left and right. It’s not pretty.
